e-Monitoring Networks Receives Order From the University of California Los Angeles To Deliver Broadband Test Bed Radios

San Diego, CA (March 28, 2003) e-Monitoring Networks, Inc. ("e-Monitoring") announced today that it has received an order in excess of $100,000 from the University of California Los Angeles ("UCLA") to deliver fourteen 2.4-GHz Broadband Test Bed Radios for use in evaluating advanced communications techniques.

The test-bed radios were developed by e-Monitoring's wireless engineering group under Phase I of a multi-phase project. The radios will be manufactured in San Diego for delivery later this year.

Test-bed radios will be used by professors and students in the electrical engineering department at UCLA to develop advanced modulation techniques and other wireless technology under on-going research projects.
